Result you receive

A written audit report (PDF and accessible HTML summary) listing each issue, the affected URL or component, WCAG success criterion, severity, reproduction steps, and suggested fix. Critical blockers—such as keyboard traps or missing page titles—are flagged for immediate attention.

Scope

Typical audits cover up to twenty unique page templates or flows on one domain (production or staging). We include primary navigation, forms, modals, data tables, and media players when present. Automated scans (axe, WAVE) supplement but do not replace manual testing.

Included

  • Keyboard-only navigation pass on Windows and macOS
  • Screen reader sampling with NVDA and VoiceOver on representative tasks
  • Zoom to 200% and reflow checks on key breakpoints
  • Colour contrast measurement on text and interactive states
  • 60-minute findings walkthrough with your tech and content leads (remote or at 64 Musgrave Road,Durban,KwaZulu-Natal,4001)

Excluded unless quoted

  • Native mobile app binaries (we can audit responsive web views)
  • PDF remediation inside documents— we note issues and can quote separately
  • Implementing fixes (available via remediation pairing)

Process & timeline

  1. Kickoff call: credentials, test accounts, and priority user journeys (day 1)
  2. Testing window: usually five to eight working days depending on flow count
  3. Draft report for factual review (one round of corrections)
  4. Final report and optional recording of the walkthrough

See our audit process page for a week-by-week view.
